Why choose Flex?
I'm Vicki, for the past 13 years I’ve dedicated my career to supporting people with disabilities and their families. Throughout this journey, I’ve seen first-hand the barriers that can stand in the way of living life fully—and I’ve also witnessed the incredible joy and freedom that comes when those barriers are lifted.
My background includes working with Participants and disability support teams, where I focused not just on providing services, but on building trust, empowering people, and creating opportunities for meaningful connection. My Life Coaching background supports me to empower people with confidence, resilience, and create possibilities.
Flex Accessible Adventures grew out of a simple belief: adventure should be for everyone. Whether it’s exploring new places, enjoying the outdoors, or sharing a day full of laughter, I wanted to create something that makes those experiences truly accessible, flexible, and fun.
